I got the DBZ Venom i ordered in the mail today, it's the matte black one,


i have already set it up from right to lefty and i'll have to play it extensively during the coming days but what i can say is that it's looks and feels great,

the fingerboard is rosewood (ebonized) as someone was asking if the fingerboard is ebony or not, the V neck shape feels quite strange but i play almost with every neck shape, i have no real preferences

Quality is astonishing and came in with a great setup i must say, even with the long trip from U.S. to Italy

He made it a lefty by slightly modifying the guitar and re-stringing it.

The other two guitars are Emperion guitars, a brand from Italy, it used to be a just a local brand for years but now they're getting bigger,

i just love their instruments, i have those two plus another one and a custom bass, they've also up a contest to win one of their guitars...if anybody wants to test his luck ;-)

If your still around and read this, can you tell me more about what you did to the Floyd for the left-hand conversion?

I believe he just ordered it in a left handed version as that guitar comes in both.

I was referring to his DBZ, I know that the Emperion guitars come in left-hand (All but the LYNX it would seem).

My jaw literally dropped; can't wait till I have enough funding to get one just like that.

Hi, i think the nut width is on the Emperion guitars website,

as for the Venom i am not a Floyd guy so i just changed the locking nut with a lefthanded one and re-intonated the floyd, if you want to change also the bridge itself with a lefthanded one you can do it but it doesn't fit's perfectly and you wouldn't be able to use the tremolo correctly.

No, I checked. It pretty much had every measurement but the nut width that I saw.
